Jackie Bebenroth, Principal, Brand Advisor
Jackie believes in the power of the pen. As a brand advisor and content strategist, she helps clients find their brand voice…and shout it from the rooftops with clarity and purpose. At Muse, she facilitates strategic messaging sessions with entrepreneurs and executives to set the course for powerful positioning and messaging. Her work, ranging from local restaurant branding to six-figure global initiatives, has flown her around the country to speak on the fine art of content marketing. She’s picked up a few accolades along the way, most notably a 2011 SXSW Interactive finalist award, Content Marketing Institute’s Content Marketing Leader of the Year and the American Advertising Federation’s 40 Under 40 Award.
Julie Jones, Vice President, Communication Strategy
Julie is a wordsmith at heart. She also loves to solve challenges through the power of smart marketing. Her 15+ year career has been about hedging a balance between writing, creative directing and architecting strategies that get results. Julie has supported a diverse range of clients in healthcare, food and beverage, consumer products, manufacturing, government and technology, including big brands like University Hospital, Legacy Health System, GE Lighting, Ferro Corporation, Arconic, and Cub Cadet.
Lauren McPherson, Account Executive
Lauren McPherson – a Clevelander by choice, not by birth – is Muse’s rockstar Account Executive. With a background in integrated marketing communications, advertising strategy, and event management, she effortlessly pitches grassroot marketing ideas and creative solutions for our clients’ most challenging problems. Her top priority is to build lasting relationships with our clients, and it’s a responsibility she takes seriously. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys reading, exploring new cities, and cooking without recipes.
Alexandra Miles, Editor & Writer
From historical fiction novels and biographies to magazines and a good Netflix series binge, Alex loves digging into good stories. Her natural curiosity and knack for writing have led to a successful career as a content marketer for nonprofits and large corporations in Cleveland, including University Hospitals and the Council of Smaller Enterprises. Regardless of what she’s working on, whether it’s website copy, a blog post or an in-depth whitepaper, Alex works to uncover meaningful insights and communicate brand information in relatable, impactful ways. When she’s not behind her laptop, you can spot her training for her next marathon, cheering on her favorite hometown sports teams (Go Tribe!), and spending time with her family and furry companions.
